Thank you for shopping at TINYFANCY. We take pride in offering fun, creative surprise items—but due to the nature of our products, we kindly ask that you read our refund policy carefully before purchasing.
🎁 Surprise Products & Random Selection
All products sold on our website are surprise gift bags or mystery scoop sets, meaning:
- The specific contents (design, style, color, quantity) are randomly selected
- Customers cannot choose individual items
- Each order is packed with a unique combination within the advertised theme (e.g., nail art, hair clips, small fashion accessories Rings Earrings)
By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept the random nature of the product.
😔Order Cancellation Due to Customer’s Error
If an order is canceled due to reasons attributable to the customer (such as providing an incorrect shipping address, failing to provide required information, or refusing delivery without valid reason), please note:
- Transaction processing fees charged by the payment provider (e.g., PayPal, Stripe) are non-refundable.
- The refunded amount will be [Order Amount – Transaction Fees], and original shipping fees (if any) are also non-refundable(about 4.4% of order amount).
- If the order has already been shipped, additional return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
These policies apply because payment providers do not return transaction fees to us in the event of a refund.

All sales of mystery and surprise items are final.
🛠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items
We only accept refund or reshipment requests under the following strict conditions:
- The product is visibly damaged during shipping
- The item received is significantly incorrect (e.g., completely wrong category)
To be eligible for a replacement or partial refund, you must:
- Contact us at info@tinyfancy.com within 7 days of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the item(s) and original packaging
- Include your order number and a short explanation of the issue
We reserve the right to approve or reject refund requests based on the evidence provided.
⏱ Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of being placed, as long as they have not yet been packed or shipped.
After 12 hours or once the order has entered the processing stage, cancellation is no longer possible.

In rare cases where we request a product to be returned, we will provide a specific return address and instructions.
