Q2: Can I choose what’s inside the box?
A: No. The selection is random and cannot be customized. If you prefer to choose specific items, please consider our non-surprise listings.

Q3: Are Surprise Boxes returnable?
A: No. Due to the mystery nature of these products, they are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
